After we decide on a date/location and look I will send over a proposal with a contract. A reservation fee of 40% of total package price is due along with a signed contract is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day of the session.

All your images are delivered as high-resolution digital files in an online gallery for easy downloading and sharing through pixieset. You have up to 30 days from when you receive your files to download your images. There will be a $30 fee for retrieving the files after that time. All contracts include a print release, so you are free to print on your own.

Within 1-2 weeks a gallery of lightly edited photos (no teeth whitening, blemish reduction, etc. ) will be sent via email for you to select your photos. You will receive the gallery no more than 30 days after session date.

I offer RAW images only when a copyright license is purchased. Otherwise I do not offer RAW images as they do not reflect the final product of my service.

If the client decides to cancel, the reservation fee received upon booking is non-refundable and will not be refunded Due to weather conditions (heavy rain, hail, snow, etc.) sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Rescheduling for any other reason must be requested at least 1 week prior to session date and time for a rescheduling fee of $20. Rescheduling sessions 48 hours before the initial date will be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee.

Anywhere inside the 30-mile radius from Charlotte,NC 28204 is included with your package. Anywhere outside of the 30-mile radius is subject to .58 cents per mile. ({Ex.} if a photoshoot is 42 miles from me, then it would be 42 miles-30 miles= 12 miles. Then 12 miles x .58cents + $6.96) is the travel fee.)
